MARINA BAY CITY GALLERY (MBCG) OUTDOOR SIGNAGE POSTER DESIGNS

Entry: Outdoor Posters (Theme: Entertain)

The concept behind this poster is to create a colourful, artistic, and vibrant image of Marina Bay. Singapore’s award-winning Esplanade was taken as the main element of the design by using ‘edgy’ shapes that represent the outer structure of the building. The colours chosen are based on the branding and identity of Marina Bay.

Entry: Outdoor Posters (Theme: Explore)

This poster design was inspired by the 101-hectare Gardens by the Bay and it took the giant tree as the main element of the design. The idea of putting the giant tree as the main focus aims at capturing the unique feature of Gardens by the Bay by exploring its shape and pattern. The colours used show the bright-earthy look to create a sense of place ownership among Singaporean.

Entry: Outdoor Posters (Theme: Exchange)

This poster design was inspired by the Marina Bay Financial Centre. The circle (represents the world connection) in yellow-orange gradient with grey background (symbolizes day and night) is used to represent Marina Bay’s place branding and identity as a 24/7 Live Work Play Waterfront destination.
